Prayer:
Father God, I pray that we apply the above verse to ourselves instead of clothing ourselves with the latest fashion or worldly attitudes. Let each one show compassion not only to the lovable but especially to those who are underserving.
Open our eyes to people’s true suffering and help us to show the kind of compassion You had shown us. And I pray that we shall act in kindness not only to ourselves but also to people we interact daily. Especially to our families. To be humble in all our ways, to be gentle, and be patient to everyone. I pray Oh God that those qualities be seen in us every day no matter what our circumstances are. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen
